Who is it for? discussing who would benefit most from this laptop...
- Student
Acer Aspire ASV3-771-6683 is really good for students, if not a bit over-kill. This machine is a bit too strong for your average student, but if you want to have some performance on which to rely for further purposes, this device is your best of choices. It's hard to get something better than a 2nd Gen Intel i3 processor and 6 GB of RAM for such a low price.
- Casual User
While this Acer Aspire ASV3-771-6683 laptop is great for casual users as it offers you a lot of storage space, a lot of speed and a lot of strength in general, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to your average casual user. This laptop is good for that category of users, true, but it is also way stronger than they would ever truly require.
- Business User
The Acer Aspire ASV3-771-6683 is pretty good for business users that also require a bit of performance in their line of work. Actually, I would dare go so far as to say that it is perfect. The many bells and whistles of this laptop such as the Bluetooth or the enormous amount of USB ports will definitely help you with any data travel you may have.
- Power User
Acer Aspire ASV3-771-6683 should be positively perfect for the power user on a budget. Its highly powerful processor combined with the RAM (especially if you upgrade them first) will result in providing you with as much performance as a professional power user laptop (close to that, anyway).
- Gaming
While this laptop is good for power users, I am afraid that it cannot fit gamers just as well. It lacks the power to run the newest of titles. If you're planning to use it for games of 3 years ago, then it should handle itself pretty well, but don't expect a lot from it in the way of performance in the newer titles.
PROs Vs. CONs
A really interesting aspect about this laptop is its RAM. While it does come with some of the fastest 6 GB of RAM, it can support a maximum of 8 GB. However, if you want to achieve that amount you will most likely be left with a 2 GB card for which you will find no real use. Also, the fact that this laptop has the fastest Bluetooth connection out there is a really good thing, as far as I can see it.
Perhaps the only true disadvantage of this laptop is its lack of a dedicated video card. Apart from that, I see no true disadvantage for a laptop priced around $500 (really close to $500).

Unfortunately, there aren't too many user reviews of this particular laptop. The only notable user review I could find belonged to a person that couldn't help but praise the laptop for all that it did and all that it was. I can't blame that person, as the laptop is awesome indeed, but a more drastic review would have been appreciated.

In conclusion, this beast of a machine is capable of satisfying almost all tastes. Apart from the Gamers, all user categories should find quite a lot of use in this laptop. After all, this laptop was built to satisfy the masses and be useful for as many people as possible.
